Mahendra upcoming launch-E city phase 2

Mahendra group is coming up with new project in e-city phase 2. Project is coming up on 10 acres of land with good specifications. It's a high rise project with about 1000 apartments. Project is expected to be soft launched at 3000 per sft. Pricing looks on higher side for ecity phase 2 & considering current oversupply in ecity phase1/2.
